Lemonade Power Retreat in Massachusetts
This is your opportunity to spend a weekend with some amazing warrior moms and me, Tina Swithin, Author of Divorcing a Narcissist and founder of One Mom’s Battle. Whether you are in the beginning stages of a custody battle, or are in the trenches of a custody battle, this will be a weekend of peace, healing and camaraderie that you won’t want to miss.
The retreat will be held in Leyden, Massachusetts – I never disclose the actual retreat center until two weeks prior (and never publicly) for the safety of the group. The retreat price includes everything – meals, accommodations, activities, etc. from Friday through Sunday.
During the retreat, we will explore:

- The importance of boundaries
- Healing and moving forward
Structure of the retreat:
- Group meetings and discussions
- Emotional support and healing
- Group activities
- Free time for journaling or to simply unwind

The 2015 and 2016 groups are still going strong and supporting each other daily in their private group. This has been a life-changing experience for many of the attendees.

“Each of us left with along awaited sense of peace and renewal. As with any trauma in life, unless someone has actually experienced it, the people around them just don’t get it. Each of us who attended were victims of either emotional, physical, sexual or financial abuse. Each of us could relate to something in everyone’s journey. The camaraderie we shared in a very short time period of time created a very strong bond among us. When we left the retreat, each of us was stronger and better equipped to deal with what our ex-narcissists would be throwing our way in only a matter of time. For me, the nasty emails came within a couple of days and all I could do was laugh at it. The retreat confirmed that these soulless people should only have as much power over us as we allow. So much gratitude and blessings to Tina, for bringing us all together to grow stronger.” – L.P. (2015 Retreat Attendee)
